if it done on right time means on maturity than there is no effect on baby
gynecologist do it very commonly on your selected date

Read your prob, you should be done operation when it indicated ,if if normal delivary will be occure do not think about operation. as baby born by normal delivary has almost no birth complications, their lungs are more healthy, n they are less pron to other infection then baby born by operation. mother has also on risk of operation related complications, more prone to become fatty, delayed seccretion of milk after operation, so think only for normal delivary which make your n your baby s life healthy.
