One of my doctors said that their is something blocking my short of breath problem from my nose, he said its a extra meat that causes me to use more breath in daily life movements. If you can help me and tell me something about my issue I would be so thankfully of you.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for posting your query. These are called 'hypertrophied inferior turbinates'.
They enlarge in response to dust and pollens or infection. After identifying the pathology treatment had to be started accordingly. Nasonex nasal sprays will help if there is no infection.

Regards
