Does Gargling Salt Water Actually Help Cure Sore Throat?
I have a few raised sore spots on the roof of my mouth, hurts to swallow and has been going on for about two days. i also have a bad cough started the she time. I am gargling salt way but need to know if this will go away or do I need to see my doctor?

yup gargles improve the oral hygiene and maintain a ph balance so least bacteria can grow in oral cavity, continue gargles and also start betadine gargles thrice a day
