General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The issue here seems cholecystitis (Acalculus) due to some sort of infection.

In our clinic, I keep the patient under conservative treatment with intravenous antibiotic, fluids, anti-spasmodic, proton pump inhibitors for a period of 48 hours and take later decision of surgery accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
