Does Frequent Change In Pain Medication Affect The Condition Of Body?

My friend has taken 26 200mg ibuprofen on Thursday, 4 dicloflenac 50mg on Friday and another 16 200mg ibuprofen of Saturday. So far nothing has happened, is it likely something would of happened by now?! She also suffers with GERD and H.Pylori bacterial infection in her stomach.

Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns
Painkillers should not be used in excessive amounts. It may cause gastric ulceration, exacerbation of Gerd , and may cause renal failure too.
In my opinion he should stay calm and use Omeprazole 40mg . he should get his renal function done. Drink plenty of water too.
May he get well soon
Regards
