Does Food Poisoning After Radiation Therapy Cause Any Side Effects?

My sister was just presently been poison with eating barrowcuda fish and she just stop taken radiation therapy for breast cancer like a month ago ,is she in any danger,she been in the hospital twice since this happen to her for also someone said that she won t be able to ever eat any kind of fish again in her life time .

Some suggestion about the treatment are:
-Fluids and electrolytes minerals such as sodium, potassium and calcium need to be replaced. I suggest to drink liquids and take ORS solution.
-If she has diarrhea, then she can use Loperamide (Imodium A-D)
-If she doesn't get better, then she should go to the emergency room for further treatment.
