Hi & Welcome.

Femilon is a combined oral contraceptive pill (Desogestrel & Ethinyl estradiol) used to treat different gynecological problem and regularize period cycle beside its contraceptive (birth controlling) effect.

Its common side effects include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, headache, abdominal pain, breast tenderness, irregular spotting, vaginal infections, depression, skin rashes, disturbance of appetite, weight changes, fluid retention, change in libido, hair loss, thrombosis of the veins, etc.

However, these are seen in long term used and vary women to women.

If you are using these pills for the first time you may find some side effects till your body is adjusted with hormone. They will overcome with the time.

Hope these answer your query.
