Hello
Your brother is having very high myopia.
LASIK can correct up to -10 diopters of myopia.
Since the refractive error is very high LASIK is not good option.
The best treatment depending on his refractive error is phakic intraocular lens.
This is indicated in cases of high refractive errors which cannot be corrected by LASIK.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
