Does Excessive Masturbation Cause Infertility?
Dear sir,
I am 29 year old and not married yet. I masterbate regularly and many times 2 - 3 times and sometimes more in a day. However I am also aware that this is not correct. My legs and joints are paining.
Also many times I feel pain inside testis.
I have few question.
1. I am afraid that I lost fertility because of excessive masterbate. Is there any toolkit or test availble in market which can help to know if I would be able to become father or not.
2. As I did excessive masterbation, so will I be able to satisfy my partner. Will excessive masterbate have impact on my sex life

As a physician at first I would like to tell you that Masturbation is completely normal as long as you use it as a way to blow off your steam. But, it is totally wrong if you are doing it as a habit or as a compulsion. I would like to assure that, there is no problem with you as masturbation does not make anybody infertile and you will be successful in satisfying your partner in the future.
Also, for your peace of mind, you can take a Semen analysis test to be sure.I would also suggest that you should consult a Psychiatrist for behavioral therapy to modify of your habit of masturbation and you should keep your schedule busy.
