Does Emergency Contraceptive Pill Cause Pain And Bleeding During Urination?

Hello I had unprotected sex two days ago. And about 18hrs later I took p2. I noticed pain while I peed... 12hrs later I took second pill and two hours after dat I noticed pain and bleeding while I peed. Is this a side effect? Should I be worried? Will it stop on its own?

This is not common side effect and if there is no improvement in next few days,you should do further diagnostic tests to rule out uroinfection and urinary stones. Till that ,try to drink plenty of fluids, raspberry tea and avoid sexual intercourse.
