Does Eating Burnt Meat During Pregnancy Harm The Fetus?

Hi, I just ate a burnt steak and didn t really think much about it, then I decided to Google it and I see a lot of things saying that you shouldn t eat burnt meat while pregnant is this true? Will it hurt my unborn child? I m 9 weeks pregnant. I don t ever eat burnt foods i just happened to eat that steal today. Thanks

Hi I think one time burnt steak will not affect your baby. Just avoid taking it from now onwards to prevent any side effects. Don't worry about it. Hope it helps.
