My six year old son was scratched by a friends puppy five hours ago on the face and on lip causing the lip to bleed . I am worried sick and waiting for nhs helpline to call me back. I want him to have antibiotic by mouth and or tetanus jab but they have yet to call back and tried to say I had to wait until the morning to call my doctors surgery. I want him to be seen tonight as precautionary measure
