Does Delayed Periods With Spotting And Abdominal Cramps Indicate Pregnancy?

I think I am pregnant, I haven t gotten my period yet, and I ve been having a lot cramps, but I haven t gotten my period. I ve been feeling nauseous and stressed due to this, and about two weeks ago I bled just a tiny bit and I had cramps along with it and I expected my period to start but it hasn t.

Hi, I think you can do a urine pregnancy test at home. It will clear your doubt that you are pregnant or not. If positive consult a doctor and do a ultrasound. If negative, you can take some medicines for inducing periods. Hope I have answered your question.
