Does Consumption Of Imodium Cause Diarrhoea?

Is it safe to take Compazine after Imodium? I had a bout of diarrhea all day and took two doses of Imodium. I took the last dose 3 hours ago, and now I have nausea. Can I take a dose of Compazine for that? I have some here for when I get migraines. Thank you.
