Does Clogged RCA Lead To Fluid Blockage And Swelling Of Legs?

I have 6 stents in my RCA, and since my last Cath a month or so ago, I've been told every one of them are competely clogged, but my heart since I started receiving all these stents since 2006, had grown new blood supply to my heart. Not enough to take the place of that clogged RCA. Well here is my question. My left leg over those years has been holding fluid and been just a bit bigger than my right, not by much, or noticably. Now though, I measured my left leg compared to my right leg, and there is an inch difference on the whole leg. My left leg is an inch bigger, and when I try to stand up after sitting with my legs bent, I cant walk on my left leg at first because of the knee pain, and the swelling in the whole leg. What do you think I should do, or the possibilities are?
