Does Calcification On The Left Ventricle Indicate Down Syndrome?

Hi, I had my 20 week pregnancy scan , and a note was on the report saying 1. No foetal abnormality is seen . Although calcification on the left ventrical is present, this is a normal variant, which represents calcification in the papillary muscle . What does this mean , Iam stressed does this represent Down syndrome?please give me answers

no 20 weeks scan is requered simply mandatory antenatal check up with recomanded investigation can be done. no need to be stressed you can consult gynechologist for examination and on opinion of report.
