Does Bruised, Swollen Finger After Punching The Wall Mean Fracture?

I punched a wall in anger yesterday, my right pinky finger sweld up within minutes of hitting it, and bruised up quickly aswell. It looks out of place from my other hand but i'm no doctor to know this. I can still form a fist but i get pain in my pinky knuckle (top and bottom on palm) when doing this. It is painful to touch. I have broken this finger before a few years ago. I've always been told that if i've broken/fractured a bone i wouldn't be able to move it so i doubt it is broken.
