Does Blood In Stool And Anal Itching Indicate Hemorrhoids?
I just had random cramping and the need to have a bm. No straining , but there was random bright right blood mixed throught out my stool. Very noticeable and has never happened before. I have some anal Itching. Ever since my pregnancy 3 years ago. Does this sound like Hemmroids or something more? Like I said, it s happend just this one time.

I understand ur concern and symptoms mentioned by you are suggesting abou possible hemorrhoid s.
In many case they are not pain ful and perianal itching with blood in stool are diagnostic.
For treatment ...u can havr a course of antibiotics like oflox ornidazole .... for bleeding u may have tab. Trenexa 10 mg...and if painful u may use lignocaine gel.
For itching u can use cetrizine or any otger anti histamines.
