HI;
Abdominal muscle won't decelerate your height ;but what is your age ? you did not mention.remember male growth continues till age upto 24 yrs till bones get fused .till that time however it is advisable not to do too much of muscle building exercise.If you are under 24 your height will definitely increase.

oh, i am 14, is doing too much muscle building exercise bring any negative effects?

but i think i have quite a very strong muscle on my leg and abdomen ler...what else can i do to make my height increase tremendously?
