Does A Radical Retropubic Prostatectomy Surgery Cause Urinary Incontinence?
I have been diagnosed after biopsy and MRI to have prostate cancer TC1N0M0. Gleason 7. I am now facing with two options: RRP or Radiation. I am 71 years old and generally healthy. Can you shed some light as which is better option for improved mortality. Can RRP surgery preserve sexual nerves and reduce incontinance. Thanks a lot for your response. Doctor.
