Does A Calculus Within The Gallbladder Lumen Require Surgical Treatment?

hi good morning. female. I m 34 yr. old. i just had my abdomen ultrasound. This is the result, gall bladder: well distended with a normal wall thickness. evidence of a calculus of size 6.2mm within the gallbladder lumen. no pericholecystic collection seen. should i be bothered with this result? should i undergo operation on this? thank you

Hello,You are having Cholelithiasis.The only treatment is operation.You can wait for some time.Get it operated if you get pain in.The stone and gall bladder need to be removed.Stay away from fatty food.
