Try to feed less amount of water and fluids during evening hours so that bladder will not be full during night time to stimulate bed wetting. Make him pee compulsorily before going to bed. Do not scold if he pees in the bed, but make him understand the importance of going and doing it in toilet with nice words. Encourage him with some good words when he does it right. With above measures and toilet training, he should be able to decrease the frequency and then completely stop bed wetting.
