Does Zoladex Cause Vaginal Bleeding?

Hi I have pcos and endometriosis and hypothyroidism. I am currently taking zoladex for 6 months, thyroxin, metformin and estrogen. About an hour ago I was putting washing on and suddenly blood started running down my leg. I now have my period is that normal?

Zoladex is used in women to thin the lining of the uterus (endometrium) in preparation for a procedure to treat abnormal uterine bleeding.
It is normal to bring period.
