Does Zofran Interact With Morphine And Xanax?
I take morphine for chronic pain conditions and Xanax for an anxiety disorder I have been on these medications for many years. I ve been prescribed Zofran for extreme nausea and emesis. Upon looking up Zofran it states that, narcotics and Zofran can cause an interaction. My question is what kind of interaction?

All of these medications can cause sedation and the combination can result in a marked increased in drowsiness.
This is the main possible side effect or interaction that may occur.
You would need to be careful using this meds and doing any activity that may be dangerous while sleepy eg driving, using knives etc
