Does Total Body Rapid Cleanse Cause Frequent Urination?

Hi I am on day 6 on the Total Body Rapid 7 day cleanse. I find myself urinating every hour and multiple times through the night. I did increase my water intake but not so much to warrant this much urination. Is the cleanse causing increased urination? Also, my testicles feel numb / swollen for the past 2 days. I am starting to get concerned that something is wrong with me but I hoping that this is because of the increased urination. I never experienced any testicular issues before this cleanse. Any advice / guidance would be appreciated.

Hello welcome to HCM.
There can be following reasons for increased urination.
Excessive water intake
Urine or genitourinary infection.
Water gets absorbed more and fast when stomach is less loaded or empty.
You need to get your urine tested for infection. Culture and sensitivity is more informative .
Till you wait for results and you have any other symptoms like burning; you can start a broad spectrum antibiotic.
Give support to testis.
You can have mild analgesic anti inflammatory,if pain and selling of testis increases.
