General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there. I have read through your question and would like to tell you that primolut can increase blood sugar in some individuals. So women having diabetes have to monitor their blood sugar levels while on primolut. If you're blood sugar levels show consistent increase, I would advise you to consult your Gynaecologist for some other alternative. I hope that answers your question. If you have any other questions please feel free to write.
I find this answer helpful
