Does Postinor-2 Intake Cause Withdrawal Bleeding Always?

I took postnum 2 the next day in the morning after unprotected sex at night but apparently, it is three weeks past am not bleeding though their are signs of menstral periods like breasts paining and being tender and growing big and ofcourse the small pimples that normally come when am about to menstrate. Now is it a must for me to bleed after taking postinum 2?

I understand your concern.
What you have done is right by taking emergency contraceptive pill 'Postinor 2' to prevent unwanted pregnancy due to unprotected intercourse.
The pill would prevent pregnancy from happening by causing withdrawal bleeding within 3 weeks from the day of its intake.
In case you do not get periods by 3 weeks, you need to take urine pregnancy test and seek medical attention promptly to know the cause for the delay in bleeding.
