hi. I was inpatient Psychiatric. She put me on Naltrexone (Revia, VIVITROL as it's known also) oral dose. Im on it for Alcohol dependancy. But I did not take todays dose. Also I didn't know that it blocks analgesic effects of opiates/opioids, I'm in pain management! I know that one dose blocks it, yesterday my percocet didn't work. I had 50mgs yesterday, and the day befor i didn't take, but the day before I idd take the initial 25mg... so that would be the first time. What do I do?
