Does Metronidazole Cause Severe Neck Pain?

I just finished taking Metronidazole for 15 days. finished on Thursday. Yesterday I got up with a crick in my neck. It has gotten really bad. It now hurts in my shoulder and arm. pain so bad I yell when I move. could this be a side effect of the medication?
