Does Methamphetamine Smoking Cause Extreme Migraines?

Me and my friend smoked about a half gram of meth and all of a sudden I got this extend migraine pain in my head. I couldn t even move, the pain was so extreme I couldn t even move it lasted about 30 seconds snd it s worse, can anyone tell me what caused that

Meth can definitely cause headaches but with such an extreme headache you need to get an MRI of the brain right away since this could indicate an intracranial hemorrhage
