Hello! I am going to have a jaw surgery in about 1 month from now on. I have a very high opiate tolerance so i am wondering will it affect the anestesia i am going to get during the surgery? I am now on 100 mg of methadone but i am tapering down every day and i am going to be total clean the last 15 days before surgery. Do i have to worry to wake up under the operation or even worse to feel pain and NOT be able to wake up or give signs to the doctors. Happy for answer.
