Does Menogon Cause Delayed Periods?

Hello.. my doctor ask me to take clomid 100mg for 5 days together with letrozole 25mg for 10days and menogon 75 iu for 3x last month.. and i am 2 weeks delayed now.. is there any chance that i am pregnant? or is there any chance that menogon can cause delayed menstruation?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Menogon injection contains LH and Menotrophin as active ingredients. It works by increasing the follicle stimulating hormone. It would help to mature the follicles and promotes to release egg in time.
It is not known to cause delay in periods as side effect.
Since your periods are delayed by 2 weeks and if you were sexually active during this period, it is possible that you have conceived.
Kindly take pregnancy test in urine to know the status. If it is positive, kindly confirm it by ultrasound scan and consult Gynecologist for further evaluation and management.
