Does Lysol Kill Germs On Hand Foot And Mouth?

will Lysol kill the germs of Hand foot and mouth on surfaces? I used soap and bleach on all of the toys and I have isolated my infant to a playpen for a week after fever started. Is she still contagious? and will the Lysol help on the rest of the baby furniture high chair etc...

I understand your concern for your daughter. Lysol (benzalkonium chloride) is a good disinfectant and it can destroy many of the pathogens on surfaces.
There is no description on what caused the fever. If it is a simple viral or bacterial fever, I think you have already done whatever needs to be done.
Infections not only are transmitted through surfaces; rather it can be acquired through air droplets also. So my recommendation is to
maintain general hygiene standards, get appropriate vaccinations for the age.
