Does Lymecycline And Birth Control Pills After Fetus?

Hello. I just found out I am almost 5 weeks pregnant and I had lymecycline antibiotics 300mg once a day and oral pills for the last 3 weeks. I am worried if this might have any affect on the fetus. Also what must I do to make sure that the growth of the baby is normal? Thanks.
