General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

No....it does not. It is an antihypertensive belonging to ARB group.
Your stomach pain might be due to your heavy and junk meal.
If it is on sides (flanks) and it is coupled with urinary complaints, then it can be a urinary stone or infection.
But....for sure it is not due to losartan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
