Does Lantus And Humalog Interact With Each Other?
My husband has diabetes he is insulin dependant he takes lantus and humalog usually he takes 20 of lantus and 10 to 12 humalog sliding scale . I wasnt aware that he had already took his lantus today and he said he needed some medicine and said he s being feeling ill and constipated while I ve been gone today and I gave him 20 of lantus not knowing he already took 20 earlier today so now he has had 20 of lantus 2 times today what is going to happen to him what should I do will he be OK

check RBS and if it's below 80mg/ tell him to take his meal..check RBS after 1 hr if it's still low put him on IV fluid D10
