Does Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen Aggravate A Subconjunctival Hemorrhage?

I have had foot surgery today and was given Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen for the pain. I am also getting injections in my eyes for wet AMD. I have an appointment next week for more injections. I have gotten a scleral hemorrhage every time for the past year. I am only 61 and just wondering if this medication will cause a problem with more hemorrhages. I take an aspirin due to HBP and a brain aneurysm. I stop taking the aspirin about a week before the injections, but still doesn’t help. I really don’t want it to be even worse though. Thank you in advance for your answer.

There is no medical evidence based that Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen can increase the bleeding.
I suggest you to avoid other painkilllers such as ibuprofen or naproxen.
