Does H.pylori Infection Cause Abdominal Pain On The Right Side?

If I have h pylori where would I have pain? Could it be in the upper right side of my abdomen? I have had digestive issues for about a year. I had my gallbladder removed in March and i still have pain in my upper right abdomen. I am still having bouts with diarrhea and an underlying jittery feeling . I am also suffering from acne like symptoms around my nose and down towards my mouth. After the surgery my whole system went haywire. I am hypothyroid and I had all kinds of imbalances in my hormones following the surgery. I am still working on the synthroid balance. If anything I may need a bump up in my dose. I just was talking to my sister and I realized she had active h pylori when I saw her last July and I am wondering if I could have caught it from her?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about your stomach upset.

H.pylori infection causes gastric ulcer or deudinal ulcer and the pain is after taking food or you may feel hunger pain early in morning around five am.

Right side pain may be because of three main reason like:
Right kidney stone.
Gastric ulcer.
Chronic liver disease.

You need to get an abdominal scan done and find the cause.
H. Pylori kit is available in market you can take it in consultation with your doctor to get rid of from gastric upset.
