Hi! My name is Val and I have been a migraine sufferer for over 30 years now. I presumed that going through the menopause I would have some relief from migraines but, alas, they have ony worsened! I am becoming desperate to have a life that is not controlled by this agony. They used to occur once a month for 3 days but now it can be anytime, everyday sometimes. Will going on a HRT patch give me some relief! Please help me!
