Does H.Pylori Infection Cause Abdominal Bloating And Appetite Loss?

Hi My husband has had stomach problems for the past 6 weeks. He has these symptoms:•     Very slow digestion to the point he eats like a bird
•     Bloating
•     Lack of appetite
•     Very low energy
•     Very lethargic
•     Changes in his bowel (less bowel movements)
•     Very thirsty
•     Taste buds have changed greatly (can’t eat certain foods)
•     Problems with sugary and acidic foods it is getting a bit better now
He is 53 and has always been healthy. I am wondering if it could be H. Pylori, ulcer etc?

I really appreciate your concern, if the loss of weight is due to acid peptic disease then it can be managed with PPI drug like Omeprazole once in day for three to four week and if the loss of appetite is due to some infection or some illness then it has to be investigated to find out the disease, some it could be due to some functional disorders, some time it may be due to endocrine dysfunction.
