yes , thank you 1.What are the risks of taking glutathione or R lipoic acid while taking Harvoni? 2.Does drinking wine ( not a moral question) while taking Harvoni decresae affect of harvoni? Doe wine also replicate ( create ) more hep c? Thank you for the science and time

I understand your concern.
Harvoni contains a combination of ledipasvir and sofosbuvir. Ledipasvir and sofosbuvir are antiviral medications. They prevent hepatitis C virus (HCV) cells from multiplying in your body.
Thus, Harvoni is used to treat hepatitis C in adults.
Glutathione or Lipic acid is not known to cause any adverse effect while combining with Harvoni. They would be helpful during the recovery phase as they reduce oxidative stress by their anti-oxidant function.
Wine is not involved in creating ot replication of Hepatitis C. But it needs to be avoided as Hepatitis C primarily affects liver cells and alcoholic liver damage could aggravate the liver dysfunction in an already weak liver recovering from infection.
