Does Furosemide Affect Blood Sugar For A Diabetic Patient?

I have been prescribed furosemide 20mg for a few days to reduce edema in my ankles and feet. I also take ibuprofen and have diabetes. The information sheet reported that furosemide may affect my blood sugar, and that special instructions may be necessary regarding ibuprofen use. Please comment.

Yes it is a diuretic and might affect blood sugar levels.
Ibuprofen use-Please avoid unless your doctor prescribes it.
