Hello and Welcome,
It is wise of you to ask questions. I know enough about this product to provide you some background history and my opinion of the product.

First, the product appears to have been pulled off the US market in 2010 for containing sibutramine, a prescription medication. That alone makes me suspicious of a company.

I see you have listed several ingredients. Did you find citrus aurelium or bitter melon? I am fairly certain the product contains a stimulant similar to ephedrine, a stimulant with the side-effects you noted and additional ones if you have cardiac issues.

I would, if you were my patient, recommend something safer.

Congratulations on your decision to lose weight! Regards, Kathy Shattler, MS,RDN
