Does Estratest Cause Dry Cough?
I am 48, 186 lbs. just started estratest after taking premarin after my total hyster. I recently started having a dry cough that is coming from the top of my chest in the throat area. Could this be because of the estratest? I didn t have this cough while just on the premarin

Cough is not a recognized side effect of estratest. If you are allergic to the components , then it is possible to have an itchy sensation in the throat and a dry cough. If so, it will disappear a few days after discontinuing it and will reappear if you start it again.
Dry cough may occur with a viral infection of the upper respiratory tract or with certain medicines used for high blood pressure.
