Does Effexor Cause An Over Active Bladder?

I am 72. I recently (within the week) increased the Effexor dose from 182.5 mg to 220 mg. I am now experiencing an overactive bladder. I have had stress incontinence for a long time, but now I am not making it to the toilet before I leak I have made no other med changes (I take Metoprolol and losartin).

If you can go to toilet before leak ,you are symptomatically better and can continue same dosage.
In case of any difficulties condition urologist and get evaluated.
