Does Effexor, Xanax And Lamotigine Cause Higher Heart Beats?

In between march and April I started having severe fluttering in my chest, cough and spells of dizziness and shortness of breath. I have been on Effexor, Xanax and lamotrigine for a couple years for anxiety. Could any of these medications cause my heart to start beating extra beats?
