Does Effexor XR And Lisinopril Cause Palpitations And Mood Swings?

I take 75 mg of Effexor XR, Lisinopril and 60 mg of Vyvanse. I have been very irritable, short tempered and grouchy lately which is not a good mix for a teacher. I have also felt my heart racing a lot lately. Is there a better option for these medicines so that they are not interacting?

Effexor can cause increased blood pressure and palpitations. The better choice would be pristiq. This is an active metabolite of effexor and has better side effect profile and better tolerated. Talk to your doctor about this.
