General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The given symptoms of a headache, dizziness, pounding sound in the ear are not the side effects of drug neither is due to urinary tract infection, but it seems to be nonspecific and will come around on its own no need to see the doctor. If the symptoms persist for days and become more severe then you will have to see the doctor till then it is nothing to worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
