General & Family Physician 's  Response
Yes, Cipramil causes bad dreams and nightmares. But don’t worry it is harmless. Alcohol potentiates the side effects of Cipramil.
Advice
1.     Cipramil 20 mg as suggested by your doctor
2.     Alprazolam 0.25 mg at bed time per oral for 1 month
3.     Do not drink alcohol along with these medicines
4.     Do not tea and coffee after evening
5.     Avoid smoking
Thanks
