General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Milk is not good for infants. Their bowel is not matured to digest milk. If the weight gain is poor, you have to consult a paediatrician and get evaluated to rule out possible causes like worm infestation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
